BNT PROPOSAL PASSES The Bancor proposal passed on July 28th. There was a 50% quorum. 6.65M dollars worth of vBNT tokens voted yes to whitelist the proposal on Bancor. The proposal agreed 500K BNT will be co-invested. That’s about 1.6M dollars as part of this new LP.
I've been hearing about the dapp network a lot lately. It was a subject that I did not know much about, but thanks to the article, my familiarity with the subject increased.
Staking is the second best thing in this world, I want to find the person who invented this system and kiss their hands. both the coin in your hand is standing and you are earning more coins. this is crazy.
I like DeFi system. Liquidity pool is not something I prefer. I don't like risky behavior and prefer to act with assurance. This is purely a matter of preference. People are making very good profits with LP, but as I said, I prefer to insure myself. That's why I can safely use staking pools. Less is more.
But IL protection may slightly change this perspective. It will encourage people to LP. Such developments show that projects are getting better even if they are not used by people, and it's really gratifying to see them.
I'm lack of technical knowledge, yet as far as I understand the article DAPP has built a strong technical correlation with BNT. The setting between ETH and EOS networks seems well-designed.
What I like the most is IL protection; I like the algorithm of DeFis but I'm not keen on making LPs because of the IL, so I always prefer staking pools. I consider LP as a risky but fruitful option. Therefore, seeing a mechanism that would minimize and secure our IL loss sounds just insane! IL protection yields a safe play for users like me, as well as other big players in space.
I think its technical side makes the whole thing confident; if it succeeds ( I think it will) it will be a huge innovation in DeFi area. Moreover, transferring/ selling your long time LP position also sounds tops. I haven't seen such feature in other DeFis before. I like that DAPPS are also supporting innovation of NFTs.
I had a little trouble understanding it because there are so many terms and I'm new to these topics. I'm sure there are things I need to research. I know a little about the DeFi system.
The things people mentioned in the comments also helped me understand the situation a little bit better. I understand IL protection will make people feel safer. This is a good thing. Playing by feeling safe also affects success positively.

I've seen it for the first time in detail how a token is designed. I thought it was what the CEO wanted. But I see a great deal of work being done. Staking, Lp, Awards... Many technical parts.
Hopefully vBNT will succeed. I'd be happy to see a new token in my bag.
I even try staking if I have enough minimum amount for staking.
I wish the vBNT team success. I hope your efforts don't go to waste. You will reach where you want it.
I love dapps. But because of some things, I couldn't use it fully efficiently.
As I understand it, this is a system that will find solutions to them.
Especially people, including me, are afraid to do an lp. Losses can be really high. Being able to get ahead of that and the unilateral liquidity is great. And it's great to have an Audit. I hope it's the way we want it to be.

This article has given me a much better insight, and I will continue to do some research about the LP pools and opportunity for cross chain defi. The opportunity to mint NFTs is also an intereting concept to me.
I am not that friendly and know to dapps as any other systems likr Defi and all but i liked the article very much and i am eager to get more information about this and will try to do more self research before going into any decisions

It is very nice that the DAPP network brings permanent loss protection to Bancor.
This project is very important for ETH and EOS.
The administration has good work to manage inflation, such as burning tokens, and investments continue to come in this project.
I have no doubt that it will become a much better project in the coming years.
