A good idea for EOS is quickly becoming reality. On August 6, Yves La Rose, former CEO of EOS Nation, publicly proposed that EOS block producers fund an EOS Foundation. The proposed Foundation was to be a guiding force for the ecosystem, empowering developers, businesses, and individuals to build on EOS.
It is not the matter if it has a centralized working principle, as long as it will continue to commit for EOS and respect the motto of decentralization.
Indeed community of EOS deserves a bright future. I think what Yves is trying to accomplish is a big movement, and if EOS Foundation succeeds we will see development of EOS several steps forward.

A new leader working towards democracy will be transformative for EOS, and enable smaller entities within the community to bring their projects to fruition. This will in turn bring more people in to the fold, bringing with them innovation to support further growth. It will be exciting to see where the EOS Foundation ends up in the next few years.

But the other aspect of the job is that if this foundation is established and then disagreements and leaves, it will be a great destruction. EOS loses a lot of confidence.
I think EOS should do this. If anyone has tried to establish such a foundation before him, he should study them well. He must not make the same mistakes. If it's the first, he should be very careful, work without rushing, without making people nervous.
I'd liken attracting investors to fishing. You throw your line and wait for hours. When the fish start coming, if you make noise, all the fish will run away. You must be patient and not disturb the fish.
