İ think it is not just a war. İt is planned system for all world. They need change what they need. Maybe i am wrong but in my opinion every country glad this war. But not civilians. This is giant war and we are ants. And we get crush in their foots.
War is complete shit for the entire world. If you don't think it affects you, you would be wrong. After being affected by covid for the last 2 years, now having to pay high gas prices every day just sucks. It just leaves us with less money than we already have. I speak for myself of course. I have been hit very hard by the pandemic, and still haven't recovered from that, now getting hit at the pumps when I'm at my worse, is just the worst timing right now. Good article.
I used to believe that there would be no war and that the wars were over. But as I lived and followed the world, I realized that this was impossible. Because the whole world is arming itself. It's almost like the arms race is dominating.
One country makes the most powerful weapon, and then someone makes it stronger. The second most powerful Weapon is garbage. Then the stronger the stronger... The last time someone will come out and not want the gun in their hand to be garbage. Perhaps Russia wants to use the weapon at its disposal without garbage.
As this arms race continues, there will be a reason to fight. I wish the money and effort that would have been spent on weapons had been spent on other technologies. We're just trying to destroy ourselves.
Firstly, I'm sure the large majority of the world is behind Ukraine in the defence of of its own sovereign nationhood. Hopefully good can prevail over evil and the poor civilian population caught in the middle of a dictators wrath can mostly escape harm escape. So much courage and and the best of humanity being demonstrated by the Ukrainian people. Not to also forget the brave Russian's demonstrating against the war with the clear knowledge that their actions will likely not go unpunished. Secondly, it is certainly worrying as to what the long term economical impacts will be. It feels like one load being added to another at the moment. The only benefit to Covid has been that we've become good at 'coping'. Looks like we'll need some more economic band-aids until we see less troubled times.
What a lot of nonsense. Is there really no shame? The western liberal democracies thankfully are still running the world’s economic system and can use it INSTEAD of pushing the atomic button or going into a full-on land war across Eastern Europe. Yet the cryptoheads say “oh, everything would be, like, waaay better, you know man, blockchain and Jesus are one and there would just be miracles if only we we’re running entirely off crypto.”
When and where does the nuttiness end? Oh, right: only when humanity ceases to produce an oversupply of fools and knaves: just read the rest of the commentary here. Appalling.
That's just sad that the world is being controlled by scumbags, not even only Putin but other politicians as well. Everybody seems to care about their nation, but in fact they don't...
I have been following the news since the beginning, being frustrated all the time. Now I just gave up, because it doesn't help anyone, especially to my psychology. Yet, one thing I learnt from this is that our lives don't matter, as much as it seemed they matter. That's the reason why everyone should get rid of their prejudices, and live a life to be remembered.
