I got in on NFT's right before the boom and have been really enjoying the growth. I wish that scammers wouldn't try to ruin things, but it's just like anything else in that regard. I think NFT's will have a long upwards growth trend over the years due to the security of ownership + the history of ownership. Especially for high quality artwork and rare in-game items.

Only a few months in to my crypto journey, but even over that time it seems that the NFT space has been rapidly evolving. There will be a lot of trial and error, but there are so many amazing talented people developing so many great use cases for NFTs, I think it won't be long before its hard to imagine a world without them.

The hype and controversy will come and go, but NFTs and the technology are here to stay and grow. Even I initially struggled buying into the concept of NFTs as it challenged my idea of traditional (physical) ownership, but NFTs instead revolutionized it. NFT platforms provide new markets with a global reach for artists and also expose collectors to cool new art like Cryptomoonies and, of course, Finney! More importantly, the technology empowers and rewards artists by enabling them to easily collect royalties on secondary market transactions, which could be a huge step toward destroying the starving artist narrative.

The digitalization of art in parallel with the digitalization of money is exciting.

A new world for both the artists who produce art and the collectors who collect them

in this new world

EOS and WAX offer great deals

Great introduction to NFTs with good highlights on the advantage of WAX as a chain supporting NFTs.

Hope to see following articles highlighting the usage of NFTs in it's several areas: fine arts, collectible, as game assets and future usages and crossovers that smart contracts will allow.

Very instructive article highlighting all the advantages of the WAX/EOS ecosystem. Not much into all the tech stuff, but what I can understand is that it's awsome.

NFTs are the present and future of crypto.

I’m pretty sure in a year there will be more people who knows what an NFT is than people who don’t.

I’m happy to be part of this and hopefully this keeps growing!

I used to flip collectibles all the time through eBay and various other marketplaces. Take me a week to receive an item, then take a photo and list it. Maybe 1-2 weeks pass before the sale if I was lucky. Then package it up, go to the post office and send it. Fees between eBay and PayPal sat at nearly 15% per item, deduct the initial cost and profit wasn't very good unless you got the item was a steal in price to begin with.

This last week I just had to refund a PSA graded MJ card because the national postage service lost the parcel... so lost my initial investment, my final payment and the fees...

NFT's eliminate all of that hard work! No longer are my collectibles hidden in my closet, they are on my phone/computer and I can send a link instantly to anyone in the world to see. Trade instantly on many platforms and list to sell with no issues.

Now I gotta figure out what to do with all the expensive cardboard in my closet...

NFTs are my new favorite hobby. Every day, my mind is blown by what a new project is doing with NFTs, or by how talented some of the artists on AtomicHub are. Exciting to be a part of this community right now!

It's a combination of crypto, gaming, art, and collectibles. I'm absolutely in love with NFTs and see an extremely bright future ahead for NFTs, such as concert ticket NFTs, festival NFTs, and toy NFTs.
