Written by Vincent Grenier, CFO and Co-founder of EOS Nation Cryptocurrencies are revolutionary because they allow people to transact peer-to-peer without the need for a trusted centralized third party. Bitcoin was the first, but it is far from being the last. It unleashed blockchain technology, a mix of cryptography and timestamp database technology that has the potential to change how we secure and access data and its value in the future. Public blockchains supported by a robust consensus algorithm assure data immutability, transparency, traceability, and security.
EOS needs to work on making onboarding easier in order to achieve mass adoption. The value is there, it just needs to be dead simple for people to use it.
Wow very detailed article and many questions I had have been answered! I will say this, I think it needs to be easier for beginners to get into EOS. I learned about EOS from CryptoFinney and buying Wax NFTs and feel it's much easier to enter Wax then it is EOS. For me EOS was all over the place but after reading this I feel it's much more robust then Wax.
Until now I ask myself why Etherium is so popular and why the price is going up so much. Just recently I tried buying into a new Eth project which was 0.07 Eth and the gas fees were more then what i was wanting to buy was even worth. I ended up not buying in, which is really sad and bad for the future of Crypto. I'm a hard core crypto guy and don't want to pay the fees imagine someone new to crypto. It's good to see EOS stepping up but I hope more people will jump on and we see it become what it should be.
EOS is the prove of functional and decentralized crypto !!!
I think is the future in our present. Hopefully soon more and more people gets interested and involved in this great project.
Great info !
