I am still intrigued by Satoshi Nakamotos creation! He literally shaped a whole new world that is coming more and more vivid!
And why would he choose the figure of 21 millions?
As great as all the theories are Iād love to see a similar explanation like Douglas Adams did for 42...stitting at the desk, staring into the garden, thinking... yes, 21 will do!

Very nicely written article. I heard somewhere that the halving actually happens in less then 4 years. There was some math that went into it and I guess the more power being used the faster the halving happens? I need to find that video I watched that explains this. People were debating what Happens once all the blocks are mined, and how the miners would still function. Way above my head but fun things to discuss and learn.
I like the M1 money supply theory, it makes sense and aligns with Satoshi's message. Maybe it's best to leave it at as it is, a mistery.
